We recommend that you send the product back to us via a trackable method since we cannot be responsible for items lost in shipment.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow up to 3 weeks from receipt of return for processing of the return.

For a full product price refund please be sure to include all original packaging, instructions, warranty cards and accessories. This is particularly important with electronic products and higher ticket items such as air purifiers. Items not returned in original packaging or missing items may be charged a restocking fee from 20% up to the full purchase price depending on how much is missing or damaged. Therefore, please save all your packaging and parts if you think you may wish to return your order.

*Exceptions to the 15 day Money Back Guarantee this would include any non-stock items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This would be indicated on the order page. We do not offer returns on these items and any warranty claims should be handled through the manufacturer.
