We do understand that you are anxious to get your order. We try and keep all of our products in-stock for immediate shipment. We will ship most in-stock items within 24 hours receiving your order.

Immediately after you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail. When the order ships you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. You will also receive an e-mail with a tracking number which will allow you to track the exact location of the shipment. Your credit card is not charged until the orders are ready to ship*.

We reserve the right to make changes to the shipping method if necessary. This may mean changing shippers, with similar service.

We use some recycled shipping and packing materials in an effort to reduce costs and waste.
